Each session lasts one hour. Flexible appointments are available - particularly suitable for shift workers.

The cost is £35 per session for individuals.

Couples counselling is also available at £40 per hour.  Longer sessions may be available.  Please ask if you are interested.  Couples should either be in a relationship or be family members.

Some low cost places are available for students at £30 per session.

Counselling supervision is available at a cost of £35 per hour.
(those in voluntary placements have a reduced rate of £32 per hour)
